1. HOW TO ENTER GIVEAWAY – Starting May 28, 2008 at 5:00pm (ET), visit any one of Isaac’s Restaurant & Deli 20 locations and complete an official Isaac’s “25th Anniversary Gift Card Giveaway” entry form and put in the collection box. Or visit www.isaacsdeli.com, print out an official entry form, complete and bring into any Isaac’s Restaurant & Deli and put in the collection box. Completed entry forms will be received thru July 31, 2008 until 9:00pm (ET). Only one registration per person, per visit, will be accepted.
2. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION – The giveaway runs through July 31, 2008 at 9:00pm (ET). One grand prize winner company-wide will be randomly drawn to win (1) $500 Isaac’s Gift Card by an Isaac’s Deli, Inc. representative on Thursday, August 7, 2008. Also, each month five winners will be randomly drawn at each Isaac’s location by an Isaac’s Deli, Inc. representative during the giveaway (June and July 2008), to each win (1) $25 Isaac’s Gift Card. Once the winners have been selected, an Isaac’s Deli, Inc. representative will obtain the contact information, including their name, address, telephone, birth date (YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18-YEARS OLD TO REGISTER) and e-mail address, if available. The winners will be contacted by phone and they will receive their prize by mail. Prizes are subject to the eligibility and forfeiture provisions set forth in these rules. No alternative prizes or other substitutions are permitted. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. Prize winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for in the Official Rules. Prize winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes related to the value of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude the Giveaway should any malfunction or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway. False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by tampering with any entry, acting in a disruptive manner or violating these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor in conducting the Giveaway. By winning the Giveaway, Winners grant to Sponsor, Isaac’s Deli, Inc. and Isaac’s Downtown LLC the right to publicize such winner’s name and/or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material or any other media without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.
